The maids were AMAZING!!! They cleaned daily and made sure we had what we needed. The bed was clean and very comfortable. As a single mom, I really appreciated that. The location is close to Universal and Warner.

Riley checked us into the hotel and when I mentioned to him that last year, I had access to the concierge lounge he added it to my room and my colleagues. We were leaving very early in the morning for a shuttle to the airport, so we did not get to take advantage of the breakfast or desserts, but we did stop by right before 930pm to grab an apple and banana to eat for breakfast the next morning on the plane! Very helpful since most places were closed at the Burbank airport that early in the morning when our plane left. Thank you Riley! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!

The breakfast was great. I wasn't able to use all my breakfast vouchers due to my schedule at the CTNX this week. I was able to enjoy 2 of the 4 vouchers. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was great. I appreciate the hotel staff keeping the room refreshed and tidy when I was out. It was great to have the coffee/tea maker to heat up water along with the mini fridge.

Bed was pretty comfortable. I've been to some hotels where the beds were too firm. Room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. Location was very convenient for my stay. All around, an enjoyable stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby, restaurant, and outside bar were lovely as well.

Room was exactly as expected. Walking distance from Hollywood Burbank. bed and pillows were comfortable. AC was a little weak, but it did the job. plenty of space in the room to stretch out. Big windows were nice during the day.

This hotel was beautiful. I felt like I was living a (budget) luxury lifestyle! They have two pools and the one we used had a movie night with fire-pit tables and live music at the bar. This may be one of my favorite hotels!

We needed a room bc our power was out during the fires. Your staff were kind, courteous and patient. They were a bright spot in a trying time.
